Left : Count how many syringes of water you Liquemin bottle   can take.
How many drops can you add to the water in the bottle without running over?
Carefully put the bottle into a container. Keep it in a freezer for some hours.
Your bottle took ..... syringes a nd ..... drops of wat er.
Photo 2: Is the water still liquid? Does it still fit into the bottle? Can you still look through it?  Solid water is called ............
How could you see that solid water (ice) did not longer fit into the bottle?
Solid water needs more space than liquid water: If water gets solid in a crevice even a huge boulder can break.
Photo 3: Here the bottom of the bottle was covered by grains from a baby nappy ..
Add as much water as the bottle can take. Count how many syringes and how many drops it takes this time.
Observation right: The water is not longer liquid. A jelly is formed. The same happens in the nappy when the baby urinates into it.
