Left: Leave big drops of salt water, sugar water, citric acid water of the previous experiment on an old diskette.
Middle: Water has disappeared. (Disappearing of water as water vapour = evaporation).
Sugar, salt and crystals from grape jelly re-appear: Salt forms cubes, citric acid crystals look like a fan.
Right:  A drop a grape jelly  crystal solution dried up leaving these crystals.
