So01 Finger test to examine the quality of soil samples

* Ask for many various soil samples from gardens, farm land, meadows and woods.
* Add some drops of water to each sample to make it damp not wet.
* Rub a sample of each soil between thumb and forefinger.

Left photo: Clay is malleable, its surface can be made smooth.
Right photo: Loam is also malleable. The fingers are coated by loam.
