Galvanic Cells are devices  in which chemical energy is transformed into electric energy.
G.C. consist of:
1. Two different electrodes  in contact with  2. an electrolyte and
3. a metallic conductor (with a multimeter).
In G.C. spontaneous (unforced) indirect redox reactions take place.
Fuel Cells are Galvanic Cells for which the reactants are continously supplied.
