shows people harvesting grapes in Egypt 3500 years ago, squezzing them
in a basin with their feet, collecting the juice in jars to leave it for
some months. Yeast digests the glucose of the grapes which is transformed
into wine.
2. Photo: A lot of
household sugar is dissolved in Cola. Half fill an infusion bottle with
Cola. Leave it for while, add a teaspoon of dry yeast. Shake and close
it by an air baloon.
